I was about to buy this chair because it would be perfect for me. I sit for prolonged periods because I am a moderator of a discord and I have to ban noobs all day long.

Unfortunately, after reading the description, I see the 600lb weight limit.

I called mother to my lair, and asked her to fetch the scales. The scale has to be wrong but it said 742. So I will refrain from buying this chair.

Hopefully others will be able to use this.

In the meantime, I will submit a bad review on Sam's club's website because they should make a chair with a higher weight capacity for big boned gentlemen like me.

I have a similar one. While yes, 2 chairs can be more versatile, I like ours because we can sit our little dog in between, or if he wants to switch from our laps, he doesn't have to jump the Grand Canyon. Yeah he's spoiled.

I always consider buying one of these for camping, but I just feel like it's significantly less flexible than two chairs, which take up about the same amount of space. I don't want to carry this AND two chairs. I do have a few inflatable sofas we can use if we really want to cuddle, including one that may or may not resemble a sex sofa that mostly gets used for laying on and reading.

Great price if it fits your needs though.

I bought this last year on clearance for around the same price. It's not bad but a little weird to not have two arms per person in this style of chair. It's 16lbs so lugging it around isn't terrible...it's better that lugging two chairs around on your shoulders. I wouldn't recommend for people over 200lbs though. The width of each seat is somewhat narrow... definitely not a good single seat for a larger person due to the middle section being tight... well, unless you like to have a filler in your crack.... otherwise it's nice for concerts and events as it takes up less space than two chairs when open.

I have a similar folding chair. It's great for two normal-ish size adults. Or one adult who wants to sit diagonally. Or for a pet to join. It's great for the backyard or car camping.
