Been waiting for the online Costco Direct price drop since the in-store deal was better but my local warehouses don't ever carry the natural gas version.
I actually bought this a couple of days ago but got an email from Costco today saying they had dropped the price more and were sending me a credit. That's pretty awesome.

Assembly is straightforward and hookup is easy if you have a natural gas outlet run to your deck. If not, you'll have to reach out to your gas company to put in a line. After that, hookup is simple and the line will have a shutout valve at the top to turn on then off the gas after use.
