I know you ideally don't often take it on and off, but I vastly prefer mounts where the vesa back plate is separate, so you can attach the plate to the monitor, then slide it onto the mount. Just a note that this doesn't seem to do that, so you have to hold the monitor up while you screw in the mounting screws.

Looks like this qualifies for free shipping despite the $34.99 price after discounts.

You can start the top 2 screws into the monitor first, then they slip into the mount.

I have this mount, it's very stable, but two 27s barely fit side by side. I don't know how two 30s would fit unless they have lengthed the arms in the last year.

I know what you meant. I bought these (see below link, same name) in 2021 at $18. Take on/off very easy. My son uses other brand name but same design here. Hate it.

I have this and I like it quite a lot! Keep in mind if your desk goes against the wall then it will limit the range of motion of the monitor arms

Bought this from last slickdeal. I was very impressed overall with this product. I have 2 27" monitors attached and it operates fine. I would recommend this one if you have a need.

Two monitor set up is bad ergonomic with neck strain and constant head rotation and just bad posture. Go with one ultrawide screen.

I own this monitor arm system and, while you're correct that there's no way to attach the VESA mount and slot it into place, you can remove each arm from the base (that attaches to the desk) then affix the VESA to the monitor and slide the arm into the base pretty easily. Definitely could have been easier but you don't have to actually screw the bolts in when the monitor is held up into the air or anything.
