Can Ebike riders please stay off trails marked non-motorized vehicles?
Most of those signs are outdated.... Class I & 2 ebikes are allowed in most states and are considered non motorized vehicles.....don't be a snob, we need to coexist, they are all bicycles.

For me, 68years old, I was ghost peddling at 14 MPH. Since most bike now use standard parts I was able to put on a 52 tooth chain ring.. 14 MPH is my comfort speed I keep it in gear 5 now with no ghost peddling.
I have a folding bike I swapped to a 56t front for this reason. Easier than swapping to an 11t in the rear.

What does ghost pedaling mean?

You're peddling "nothing". At high end of gears as you peddle....
Ghost pedaling means there is no resistance - period.

You don't have to be in the "high end" of gears to do it. Just always be pedaling slower than the motor is going. Can be done at 9 mph, 14....28. It's a small distinction, but it's worth noting. As such you can have the bike in PAS level 1 and likely will only go up to 12mpg so ghost pedaling shouldn't be an issue. If you want to go faster.... go to the next PAS level.

Will this work for someone who is short? 5' or 5'2"? The handle bars feel like they are way out there for the reach, in the pic. Shows this is a promoted deal by staff in my app so I am a bit weary.

My legs aren't very fast. That's why I was getting no resistance at 14. My son didn't get ghost peddling until 20ish MPH. He hasn't been on it since I went to 52t sprocket.

Says rear seat had 105lb capacity. Can a small chid ride on the seat?

We walk our dogs on trails daily in parks and trails that don't allow motorized vehicles on the trails. Almost daily ebikes buzz past. Fat owners never pedal but cruise at high rates of speed. Ebike owners don't seem to be able to read or peddle.
I bet the kids are always walking on your lawn too aren't they?

I watched one of the video reviews. The guy mentioned repeatedly that it would only go 24.9 mph. Seems like a software limit, since it was always 24.9 exactly.

You ride it in the road. In Ohio it's illegal to ride a bike on the sidewalk. That's pretty much the rule in the United States. Not sure your location but if Google the laws. You will find out in 20 seconds.
You're very wide statement that riding a bike on a sidewalk in the US is illegal doesn't seem to be accurate at all. I checked WI 1st and just scrolling up from WI to Oregon there wasn't one state where it was illegal to ride a bike on the sidewalk.

Did anyone else place an order using PayPal? I did and then had a flag placed on my order because my credit card CC code wasn't listed, nor did my zip code match my credit cards zip. They want screenshots of info, and it's coming off as a scam tbh.
