PRIZES. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to one (1) Grand Prize Winner using the selection process described below and satisfaction of the eligibility requirements set forth above, consisting of: • One (1) round-trip coach air transportation for two (Grand Prize Winner and guest) to New York, NY (the "Destination") from the major commercial airport in the continental United States nearest to Grand Prize Winner's primary residence as determined by Sponsor; provided that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if Grand Prize Winner resides within 50 miles of the Destination; • One (1) hotel accommodation for three (3) nights in or near the Destination (one double occupancy room and room tax only), checking in August 6, 2024 and checking out August 9, 2024; • Two (2) premium tickets to The Doobie Brothers The 2024 Tour at Madison Square Garden scheduled for August 7, 2024 (the "Event"); • Two (2) meet and greet passes to meet The Doobie Brothers (subject to artist availability); and • One (1) vinyl autographed by The Doobie Brothers.

One (1) First Prize will be awarded to one hundred ninety (190) First Prize Winners using the selection process described below and satisfaction of the eligibility requirements set forth above, each consisting of two (2) tickets to the Doobie Brothers The 2024 Tour at the Location selected by Entrant on Entry Page. First Prize is tickets only. NO TRANSPORTATION WILL BE PROVIDED FOR FIRST PRIZE WINNERS.

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize: $4,500;

ARV of each First Prize: $200;

Total ARV of all prizes: $20,000.
