Wow, I purchased this a couple of weeks ago online for store pickup for $400. Just chatting with customer service and they are refunding me $80 even though it's out of stock.

Good reviews but why does the Sam's club show no Dolby Vision?

EDIT: I checked and the Walmart, Amazon etc pages that have this on sale for $370 do list the Dolby Vision so it's just this page at Sam's not showing it, but I'd wager it does have it.

How long have you had the TV for and how's the performance? Is it sluggish? I want a Google TV but keep seeing that performance takes a dip over time.

About 2 weeks, but it's still in the box, I've been waiting on a piece of furniture before I hook up the tv

No, it isn't but a good TV. Short of a one off special, what I would define as a good TV seems to start around the $600-700 mark for a 55" and even those are from the budget friendly brands. With that said though, you'll be hard pressed to do better than this 65" Q6 at this price. It's definitely a better model than most all of the 55"-65" you'll see at this price.

Every brand has duds but some tend to have more duds and general problems. For the most part, the higher up you go on the range of each brand, the better the hardware and more reliable they tend to be. Onn and Vizio are brands I avoid like the plague for both hardware and software issues. Good for nothing beyond a cheap screen but for some, that's exactly what they want. TCL and Hisense have both produced several midrange priced sets that have been awfully good for the price. LG, Sony, and Samsung all produce really good high end models year after year. These are the best of the best but they cost the most as well. The lower and midrange aren't great and would recommend the extra bang for buck that a TCL or Hisense would provide over midrange Sony/Samsung/LG. The good TCL and Hisense models do a good job of having many of the features of the higher end brands for a good savings but the quality control isn't up to the bigger brands. If you are able, I'd recommend the high end models from LG or Sony. The LG C2/C3 and soon to be C4 are all worthwhile. The G2/G3/G4 are even better but are overkill for most people. Some prefer Samsung over LG and Sony...I personally do not but the Samsung S90 does have an awesome picture. If you are in the market to get a TV now, it's a good time as retailers are looking to clear 2023 models for 2024 models and you can get a nice TV at a good savings. If you want a particular model to look for, I'd go with the LG C3. Ive got a C2 which is basically the same as the C3 but a year older. If you keep an eye out on here, it's awfully likely you'll find a good deal on C3 as they are cleared out for the newer model. Sales have been going on for a bit already but there will be more if none are on right now.
