Had this since shortly after it was released, and I'm not crazy about it.

Had to do a full factory reset several times because it stopped outputting any sound at all.

But even more annoying is that the on screen display is completely gone. So after a reset, I have to try to navigate all the menus using the front panel. It's terrible. And it makes using the room correction pretty much impossible.

I'm debating if it's worth the hassle to box it up and try to return it to Costco.

I wish I would have went with the denon s760h.
Funny, I returned the S760H and kept the TX-NR6050 Both do the job just fine but, after swapping them in and out of one of my systems a million times, I preferred the movie soundtrack quality of the Onkyo.
Straight from the product page:

The improved data transfer capabilities of the latest generation of Bluetooth ensure clear and reliable sound reproduction so you hear your favorite songs just as the recording engineer intended."

Yeah, the Onkyo sounds great, but it's been so frustrating.

Like right now, I can't even run room correction because I have no OSD, so it sounds "off".

I know Costco is really lenient about returns, but it's been well over a year...... I am really frustrated that this thing that I spent a fair amount of money on is already "broken" and missing basic functionality.

I absolutely love mine! I had the Denon and the Onkyo sounds so much better and allows you to hook up two additional speakers over the Denon. My only problem with the Onkyo is when you adjust the volume up or down by a lot, it causes a blue screen for about 20 seconds.

Anyone know if this model supports standby audio passthrough to the TV for an input (or all of them) if you have it standby mode? I tend to like to watch our streaming through the TV speakers and only movies/sports in 5.1 etc. This never worked right on my older Onkyo NR609 and was a supposed bug.

I'm guessing you already tried a factory reset and update so maybe try returning it to Costco. Nothing to lose at this point.
