I think it is B*S. Everything is more or less on a higher MSRP and marked down nowadays. Think the agent is lazy. Hope BBY can define 'special' in their price match guidline

Thanks. The one helpful guy that called me told me that the system would only go down to 434. Now the chat says all agents are busy
How is this possible. They don't have a price match policy (when I tried via chat)
Finally got someone to PM. I had to VPN to get through to Chat. My non VPN IP kept getting all agents are busy try again later. Interestingly enough, they pulled up some random email on file (I didn't give them any contact information yet, and thought my name was Robert. Either they pull info via IP address or their system is on the fritz.
If you buy the iPad from Costco and the AppleCare at the same time they charge less for the AppleCare in my experience. As far as getting Costco to price match other retailers… I can't speak to that.
