I've been happy with mine, used it for about 3 years for various uses. I have it usually sitting around waiting for road trips where it powers my refrigerator in my van. Sometimes we make toast and use a coffee maker and it only drains about 30-40% after a whole night of refrigerator and a round of breakfast making. It gets charged by the solar panels on the van or I hook it up to AC power somewhere. The only thing that I had to watch out for is that the solar panels need to be at least 24v total (2x12v).

As far as its robustness, sometimes after a road trip I just leave it in the van for a few days (I might start the van for 15 minutes a day with AC on if it gets too hot outside) while it charges back to 100% by the sun. It also helped after a hurricane where I was able to power more sensitive electronics since the generator was not giving clean power. The generator powered the AC charger on this battery system and it took that dirty power like a champ. I was using Starlink the day after a cat 4 hurricane.

With that said, between Bluetti and EcoFlow, it seems EcoFlow is innovating a bit more than Bluetti. Keep that in mind if you want newer stuff and features, but Bluetti has been good to me so I can't complain.

Anyone have experience with this manufacturer when it comes to warranty replacements?
