I had the same reaction. I thought they all topped out at 1tb.

Relatively good deal, the previous lowest price seems to have been 109.99.

"The SDXC (SD Extended Capacity) specification technically supports up to a maximum capacity of 2 TB. However, as of this writing, there are no 2TB cards for sale. In June of 2022, Micron announced a 1.5TB microSD card which became available through wholesalers early in 2023."

I think it goes to 128 terabyte by the SD Association, but we are talking by practice and so we will likely see inchmeal improvements.

Think 1.5tb might be a worthy upgrade to my 400gb card. And maybe I can be more liberal with digital sales.

We almost have the end-of-SDXC 2TB microSD cards, but I don't see it listed on Newegg or Amazon. Many fake listings out there though.

SDUC bumps the form factor limit to 128 TB but there's no sign of market adoption spotted. I don't think any device on the planet could read cards higher than 2 TB, unless a firmware update is all that's needed to enable it.

And we could still use more, with greater reliability and speed.

I already thought it was insane that you could mass produce 1 TB of storage on something that weighs like a gram (don't quote the actual spec) and is the size of a finger nail and price it less than $100 like what I paid for the extreme version last black Friday.
