When you go to get a new one under warranty, make sure to tell them it was in your phone and not the dashcam.
I tried once and they denied me because I didn't use their 'endurance' line.
Also, at some point, the card will go read-only. This is to protect the memory as it gets older and unable to write correctly. You could still turn in the SD card for replacement if it is under warranty, but "they" will have it and all of your incriminating evidence!

I think it goes to 128 terabyte by the SD Association, but we are talking by practice and so we will likely see inchmeal improvements.
Think 1.5tb might be a worthy upgrade to my 400gb card. And maybe I can be more liberal with digital sales.
