The pickups are $300 and the case is $100...I'd say it's a good risk to take!
Only negative are the tuners, which work fine, but feel cheap.
If you don't mind a Satin finish and epiphone on the headstock these are reportedly solid guitars.

OP this Epi's a seriously sweet deal. The Gibson electronics is a plus for sure. Nice rig.
