P.S. Doing it in person can be easy or difficult, depending on the CSR helping you. In the past, I just show them the internet offer from competitors.
But the last time I tried, this lady wanted a pic of the price taken with the item on the shelf at the competitor. She said they would not use a flyer/ad/ or internet page. I think she was completely off her nut.
