I have a couple of circumstances where there was only one outlet available and was able to talk someone into letting me use it because they could then plug their charger into mine.

Your gram will get all 65w if it's the only usb device plugged in. Otherwise may be 60 or 45 depending if USB A or C as well (2 plugs). The workaround is just use another charger in the open AC outlet.. but that kinda defeats the purpose.

The spec definitely says not supporting 220V but at least one reviewer said it works fine when he traveled and used in UK 220V
