This isn't a that good of deal at $100 from amazon. On the other hand, Best buy is still offering their "earth day" logitech recycling promotion. By bringing in any used pc or gaming accessory to be recycled in store (accessory can be from any brand in any condition) you receive a 20% off coupon to be used in the purchase of logitech mice, keyboards, webcams, and headsets. The details can be found here: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/logi...80616911.c

At $80 from best buy, after recycling any old piece of junk accessory you have lying around, this mouse is a pretty good deal. It's important to note that this is the old version of the pro x superlight, meaning it has a micro usb port rather than usb-c, and it has mechanical switches rather than optical switches. That means it is at risk of developing the infamous double click issue, though it appears to be less prevalent with this model compared to older logitech mice.

Overall, this is an extremely well regarded mouse, and most reviewers consistently rate it as one of the best options for fps gaming. It's been on sale at ~$80 a couple of times already, including even before the new version the pro x superlight 2 came out. The newer version is a moderate upgrade, but this version is still an excellent mouse assuming you get it at a good price. As it has relatively few buttons this mouse is most suited for fps gaming, individuals who play mmo or other games where a large number of mouse buttons are beneficial should look elsewhere. There have been some reports of scroll wheel issues with this mouse, though I've also seen reviews describing easy mods to solve those issues should they arise. Here's a link to the rtings review of this mouse: https://www.rtings.com/mouse/revi...superlight

At $100 I'd say this mouse is just an ok value, especially considering the pro x superlight 2 is on sale for $137. If you get the best buy 20% off coupon, this mouse at $80 is probably currently the best value mid to high end option for fps gaming. It's worth noting that this mouse occasionally goes on sale for $60 refurbished, so if you're willing to purchase refurbished this deal isn't as compelling. This mouse has been $80 several times in the past, so if you're willing to wait it may eventually drop further, but this is still a decent deal.

I'm not the target audience of this mouse but I don't know why you'd spend this much and then connect via Bluetooth

I personally still have yet to experience the double click issue but we've all seen people talk about it too often to pretend my situation should be the norm. BUT if it never develops then this mouse is actually great!
I mean...I've owned probably 6+ Logitech gaming mouses and never had these mysterious double-clicking issues. But then again, I don't rage and start smashing on my mouse when gaming so...

I have owned many logitech and Razer mice and many $6 amazon mice for non gaming systems and really I can't tell the difference. I have needed more buttons for playing MMO's so noticed the lack of buttons but accuracy or anything else cant tell the difference between a $6 mouse and a $150 mouse!

never had that issue with logitech mice the older Razer mice got this issue really bad after a year or so of use. I went through 3 of them but the newer ones seemed to have fixed this issue.

My brother bought me a lamzu atlantis over a year ago to replace the OG g pro, and it's just way better. No more mushy buttons and exceptionally light. Plastic still hasn't developed a shine. looks brand new

We were running 3 Logi mice in my house, 2 of them got the dreaded double click. Switched over the this same Lamzu 4k. What a difference. It combined with the release of The Finals is the first FPS I've gotten into in years.

Personal experience, I was not able to use the 20% discount on any of the Logitech gaming accessories, only the office accessories.

It is not filthy just seems like discoloration where you hold it does not really come off well even with 91% alcohol.
I don't know what your talking about, I have had mine for three+ years and it looks white and brand new. Never had to clean once. If you got clammy hands go with black not white.

I'm not trying to dismiss your experience, but that doesn't seem right...

If you look up "Logitech - PRO X SUPERLIGHT" in the best buy search bar, the search result for the $99 white pro x superlight has a blue box with the statement "Recycle and save 20%". Clicking that box opens up the logitech earth day promotion I linked in my first response. Additionally, the image for the logitech recycling promotion actually appears to display this exact mouse model, the pro x superlight, alongside a keyboard, headset, and webcam.

The listed terms for the promotion are as follows:
*Must recycle item in store to receive coupon. Coupon can be used in store or online for purchase of new Logitech item(s). Upon recycling of a PC accessory or PC gaming accessory, customer will receive one Save 20% recycle coupon toward the purchase of any Logitech or Logitech G mice, keyboards, webcams, and headsets. Only one coupon per transaction, and coupon can only be used once. Limit of 1 coupon per customer and a maximum 4 units per purchase. Markdowns taken from current prices; not valid in combination with other offers. Excludes clearance and open-box items. Recycled PC accessories or PC gaming accessories will not be returned under any circumstances. Not available in all locations and some stores may have additional limitations. Other exclusions apply.

As you can see, there's nothing in the terms that would exclude this particular mouse from the promotion, and the best buy website specifically advertises the 20% off for this exact model. My best guess is that either you tried to use it on an open box/clearence mouse, or that there's something to do with that last disclaimer of "Not available in all locations and some stores may have additional limitations. Other exclusions apply.".

TBH even on sales these mice are still way overpriced for what they are but this might be useful for someone - I managed to get a new G Pro X Superlight 2 for $118.99 via the Tiktok shop (from Newegg) which was offering a 15% discount on its already on sale price.

The sheer fact that it doesn't have optical switches means it's worth $10. Screw Logitech and their cheap switches

I have had this mouse for 2 years and I love it
if you game a lot I think the best buy warranty is worth

my buttons started to double click so I assume the next one will too and I'll be able to get a free replacement

I think the reason we'd also want Bluetooth is to be able to quickly switch to a different device - not use it as the primary connection.

I have this feature on my G604 and it's something I'd like to have on my future mice as well. They stopped making this model and I've been searching for a replacement for the day it eventually dies. I wish I had bought a 2nd or 3rd one at the time, but I had no idea how much I'd love it or that it was going away.

This is a superb gaming mouse. Bought one refurbished for $60, $100 is not very slick though.

This is an excellent mouse. Not sure any mouse is worth $100 (I paid $106... reluctantly). But I can say it is VERY light and very good in gaming. It has also fallen off my couch/desk many many many times and it still works. The very small internal battery did come loose but I stuck some foam inside and that solved it flopping around in there.

Normally I don't pay more than $25 for a mouse but I wanted a light one for gaming and this is VERY light ... lighter than many "lightweight" corded mice with no internal battery.
