Today, I scheduled an order for tomorrow.I had to make a small modification to the order to change an item. It doesn't allow you to modify the cart for whatever reason but allows you to add items. So I had to cancel the order and asked why I was cancelling and I hit the button that said Because I want to modify the order.
So I cancelled and modified the order by substituing one small item for another. However, I didn't realize that once you cancel an order with DD using a promo code, the promo code will no longer work even though it was never used. I contacted Customer Support in chat and that's what they told me that once I used a promo, it can't be used again. I told him I cancelled the order so it was never used. . So now, SOFRESH2 as well as SOFRESH3 will not work for me simply because I cancelled an order to make a modification 2 minutes later. Makes no sense

Yeah support is paid to make you think you're crazy or crap doesn't exist.. they do that to the drivers too

DD support is arguably the worst customer service that exists on earth. Always in a hurry to hang up the phone and not listening to customers issue
