I'm not gonna lie, the lack of a privacy screen is frustrating. For a cam like this that's aimed at collaboration, those covers do give good piece of mind. It's easy to make a mistake and accidentally have something like a camera or mic turned on when you start a meeting.

It's not a deal breaker that it's not included. But it seems like something that they could include for $.20 worth of plastic.

Outside of that complaint, I've used a C920s for several years. It seems like a good improvement over what's built into my laptop. For someone who works from home and takes frequent video meetings, upgrading to an external webcam and headset seem like a good move.

Totally agree. also for me lack of windows Hello makes it a bad buy in 2024.
