I think it's still a good Chromebook for someone look for a cheaper option.

How does Acer compare with other brands (Lenovo, Dell, HP, etc.) Chromebook?

Do they ALL have USB port(s)?

I have seen new ones with similar specs but better CPU for not much more.

If you mean the updates, they are important. I had an old Acer Chromebook that went EOL, and I had to replace it within a year because web sites didn't like it. Can't remember specifically. Video wouldn't work maybe?

If you mean Chromebooks generally, they are great appliances to get on the Internet. They will run Microsoft 365.
