They just got de-listed and are likely file for bankruptcy, so there is a higher likelihood that warranty, parts, support will be an issue in the near future. My opinion is that this is a buyer beware sorta deal.

This is too bad. Hopefully a white knight shows up before it is too late.

Buy it and put it into a climate-controlled garage? Seems likely to be collectible like a DeLorean in 25 years or so.

I have the Ultra, it's actually a great car. It had (and to some extent still has some) software bugs and I hope they continue to release updates, but at this point it might be too late to right the ship.
If I knew they would continue to at least service and have parts for it I would definitely buy one again at this new price.
Knowing that they may discontinue updates and feature rollouts though I wouldn't pay the prior full price again. Too many features missing to justify a luxury SUV price.

this is the reason to stay away... they couldn't even fix the software for high profile reviewers.. After the bankruptcy, the mechanical component will probably provide years of service, but the car is dependent on software and software development for this car will be dead. Note that the reviews stated that the car is unsafe to drive due to software issues currently

Great price, but forget warranty and updates. Considering that, I would wait for it to go another 5k lower.

At what price would ya'll actually buy this? Not being sarcastic - it's still a car with horrible reviews, but it drives. If it hit 20k would it be worth it?

This was my thinking , surprised it is getting downvoted so much.

At 20k even the 100kwh battery seems like a decent deal. Assuming the chances that the cars are bricked by software is pretty low , you are getting a working new vehicle that you can part out when it breaks.

I wouldn't pay any significant amount of money for it. I have nothing against this car in particular, but if Fisker goes under (which is highly likely since they are selling these cars well below the cost to build), there will be no parts and no one will bother to learn how to fix the cars because there are so few out there.
