I can't lie, it's a little tempting since they have a lot of them in stock in ATL and they're great looking vehicles inside and out. However, it's way too risky and there's a crap ton of things that are too incomplete on the safety/software side.
spend some time on the Fisker reddit page before you buy

This is a fire sale because they're on the verge of declaring bankruptcy. You will find it difficult to file a warranty claim, or get the vehicle repaired, after they go under.

So much fear mongering and straight up lies and misinformation from people who I assume shorted the stock. There is no safety issue whatsoever…they wouldn't be on the road if there was one. There is no comparable model y at the same price range…not even close. The idea that this will become a paperweight bc of a software issue in the future is laughable…yeah…all the karmas out there are paperweights right?
actually, yes LOL. people with karmas in minor benders are unable to get parts so insurance companies are forced to total the car for $10k in damages. check reddit

Soon to be bankrupt. They just got delisted from the exchange.
Hertz was delisted, Luckin coffee was (and still is) delisted…you can find thousands of companies that got delisted or went through a chapter 11(American airlines, jaguar, and hundreds more) and their business continued or thrived.
Your post said "company went bankrupt" which is a straight up lie and you knew that while posting too…not sure why some of you deliberately spread lies here but it's pretty low
There will be no Phoenix rising from these ashes. Go look at Lordstown motors for example. Who's gonna fix the buggy software after everyone gets laid off?
