LOL, Waiting for the rest to follow suit so the industry can focus on advanced Hybrid and Hydrogen tech. This Battery tech is a few decades away if that. They need to find a replacement for strip mining in Africa to make these "GREEN" car batteries.
Exactly how green do you think hydrogen production is?
Im still very confused why the series hybrid vehicles are not taking over? the ones that have only electric drivetrain, with smaller batteries, and a small ICE engine kicking in to recharge battery? like Chevy Volt.
Because they are put in ugly crappy cars that nobody wants to be seen in...like a chevy volt.
Lol like buying Tesla for 80k to see it drop to 35k. Is Tesla bankrupt? Elon is an ahole
Lol..got 2023 Model 3 RWD brand new for $27K..also 2022 Model Y LR brand new with $20K discount...love Teslas just need to time when to buy them..lol.. I'll get the Cybertruck too when it's final product, they even haven't painted them yet lol..
To be clear, you file for bankruptcy protection. That is, a legal enabled window to reorganize, negotiate with creditors, etc. This is not a 100% guarantee of becoming insolvent (i.e., going out of business).
While that is true- there doesn't appear to be any path forward for them to ever emerge from a bankruptcy.
Even at the much higher prices they had a negative 35% gross margin on the vehicles- and had delivered less than half the relatively few that were ever produced..... and on top of that, the company does not own or produce anything-- they made some art designs, then paid another company to make the actual vehicles that look like the art. There's no "there" there.
What's the business model to keep doing that? And with what money, from whom? Especially after being delisted and nobody else in the industry finding any reason to invest in you?
And here I am disgruntled with my $200 60V lawnmower that was designed to fail with all proprietary parts discontinued...

That's exactly my first thought, that gaddam craftsman mower I bought off slickdeals!

I had that mower as well. Lucky for me Craftsman honored the warranty and sent me a replacement. That was great.
What's unfortunate is I have a mower that would be fine if only I could get a battery for it. I'm all but left with no choice but to put it on the curb (and into a landfill). So much for going green. What a shame.
I have the same mower and a leaf blower, they still sent me a 20v model for both instead of a battery.
But looking at Cub Cadets 60v, the battery seems very similar to the Craftsman 60v series. Personally I'll try using the Cadet in future and at worst try rebuilding the craftsman's pack in the future when the charge is unable to do a mine yard anymore, still able to get both lawns with some charge left.
How so? Rivian is selling well. People love their product. Fisker has neither of these attributes.
Rivian is the best EV company in the world and makes the highest quality EVs on par with Audi build quality in my opinion with Samsung level technology. That's why it's losing money but soon that will change with R2. I'm very bullish on Rivian.
Elon has been shorting it to zero (as he had promised to bankrupt both Rivian and Lucid) but a GameStop type of short squeeze may start on Reddit to steal billions from Elon when the stock moons and Elon loses billions in his short position, especially that Jeff Bezos is bullish on Rivian and hates Elon.

So much fear mongering and straight up lies and misinformation from people who I assume shorted the stock. There is no safety issue whatsoever…they wouldn't be on the road if there was one. There is no comparable model y at the same price range…not even close. The idea that this will become a paperweight bc of a software issue in the future is laughable…yeah…all the karmas out there are paperweights right?
Question for those saying they own one already, did the 2.0 update get rid of the launch control limit? I know I'd never launch any vehicle 500 times but just knowing there is a limit or a even a count of it bothers me a bit.
So there is a counter? Would be good to see, if you are buying a used one.

The company is a joke of a penny stock and is trading at 20 cents per share. over $600m unpaid liability ready for default.
The "CFO" of this joke of a company is the guy's wife.
The "global head of marketing" is this guy's daughter, who has a "degree" in some "fashion institute".
And you want to give him $37,499?
LOL
