That Edmund review is a joke... The reason the author did not recommend was because he was the buyer a few month ago, and he is not happy with such big price drop

Did you lease it? Leasing avoids virtually all the restrictions on the tax credit that purchasing is bound by.

Nothing from Toyota in 2023 qualified for the tax credit on a purchase, per here:

LOL, Waiting for the rest to follow suit so the industry can focus on advanced Hybrid and Hydrogen tech. This Battery tech is a few decades away if that. They need to find a replacement for strip mining in Africa to make these "GREEN" car batteries.
Truly daft comment. Last month's China ev market share of new vehicles was 48%. Norway almost 90. The US almost 10% and climbing. And most of the batteries have no cobalt. A materi needed for ICE engines as well, ut no one seems to care until its an EV.

Fisker should make the software code public like Android or Linux. Probably a lot of liability issues with that, but interesting possibility for this company and others who will soon be in the same position.

China is an authoritarian state. Norway is desperate to force the public to use them..

Also, 80% of new car sales are electric, 20-30 percent of cars are electric, but that's because they massively subsidize EVs and punish gas car users. Let's see how long that will last.

China is at 37 percent market share, 25% of auto sales.

In countries without any shenanigans going on, EVs are not popular. Nor do they need to be.
