Yep, looks like they took them all back. Just goes to show how fast digital movies that you "own" can disappear at any time.

They took all the movies back.

Outside of this, has anyone noticed that the movies they purchased on Amazon Prime are not showing up on Vudu or Moviesanywhere now? Whenever I purchase and it doesn't show up on the other services after a reasonable period of time I ask for a refund. I'm probably going to stop making purchases through Prime. This service seems to be run by a bunch of incompetents, unfortunately.

So,
1. All movies are gone from library
2. DMI points returned
3. Universal redeem points returned
4. Wasted all time gaining nothing.

Same. That's why the push towards downsizing/eliminating the physical media sections at Best Buy and other retailers is so annoying as I always looked at the digital copies as a bonus for buying the physical version.

The only times I buy digital only is when it's cheap or cheaper than what the physical version can be found for.

How petty. Guess I'm going to take my Prime membership back. They cancelled 2 expensive orders of mine in the last couple of months and just made them disappear.

wow - just incredible what they are doing. just own the mistake and leave it be!

Wonder if anyone starting watching these movies and ending up retaining them in MA at least? Thinking this because folks have said if you disconnect your amazon acct from MA, the movies still reside there after?

Unbelievable, with how many BILLIONS Amazon make off us a year, I thought they'd let this slide. Really kind of surprised.
