Has a previous HP02 that was 5 years old, everything worked well the entire time and ended up selling it for $200.
Also have a refurb V10 with softroller for thw past few years, doing a full recharge every 1.5weeks and still working like a champ.
Living in various 800ish sqft apts, for reference
By the way, the display on the unit is TINY so it's impossible to see the current unit status for distance, which is where you would hold and use the remote. It's silly and not a good user experience

THIS IS IMPORTANT, the WiFi connection is a bit limited to 2.4 Ghz and due to US safety regulations, you CANNOT use the app to control the heater. However, you can install a smart universal remote IR blaster to control the Dyson with other apps. Currently, I'm using Logitech Harmony to control the temperature of my HP07 and Logitech Harmony to control the Heater temperature +/- . Then use the Dyson app to monitor the temperature. Otherwise, you may want to use a camera to check out the on-screen display to confirm the actual temperature setting.
