Nearly all of these are standard on practically every Visa, MC, and Amex in existence; the fact that Auto Rental Ins is secondary is kinda terrible, though not all cards have *return* protection on purchases, short of just doing a chargeback if it's a real lemon purchase. Of course, legoit chargebacks are pretty easy in my experience; I haven't read the "terms" for actually invoking the return protection on an item you're returning "just 'cause" to a vendor who won't take it back. Even then its limited to $250. Better than nothing.
Unless you're already paying the $50, you're better off with a card that pays 2%, or having 2 at 3-5% that hit your top 2-4 categories/stores. If you are paying $50 and only getting the card (no gold RH account needs) then you'd have to charge $5k just to *break even*.
