It increases heart rate and blood pressure, and hypertension cases are higher every year than the year before, and life expectancy today despite advances in technology are lower than ten years ago. Things like high blood pressure do damage over time, and it also contributes to strokes. Coworker got a stroke, its not a pleasant thing. He walks funny and used to ride a scooter to work because he lived so close but now can't because of limitations in control of the right side of his body. Up to you, but I'd stick to coffee levels of caffeine, which is 95mg per serving. Its kind of like smoking, it will do nothing to you in your 20s and 30s, but in your 40s plus you'd wish you could slap the cig out of the mouth of your younger self lol!
