I just bought the 1/4" right angle ratchet with the same battery add on and yesterday I was unable to return the battery in the store for a refund nor was I able to get store credit. The online receipt only showed 1 sku even though the battery and tool were packaged separately.

If it was one sku on the receipt, you bought a "kit"… which is "kitted" by HD not Milwaukee. If you intended to return something, you need to make sure they're separate items on the receipt. HD also shows you how much money you'll get if you return each item, clearly listed in your cart and on the receipt.

Return everything and buy a one of the "free item with purchase" deals, then it'll show you each item listed separately.

It was a free item with purchase, but it was still bundled together on the receipt. Thought I could return battery in store. Thanks
