FWIW, I don't think Walmart is an authorized Citizen retailer which means they (Citizen) will NOT honor the warranty. Now, from (sadly) personal experience with a Citizen Eco Drive, even when they DO honor the warranty there is a COST which is often much higher than the watch.
YMMV, buyer beware. It was cheaper to buy my husband a new watch than repair his Citizen Eco Drive under warranty.
