This company is horrendous! Every order has been a problem. I ordered a brand new sealed xbox elite controller it was rewrapped and used. It wasn't even like a display model, it was a highly used controller with tape all over the box. I returned it. I then ordered a gaming headset that was listed as open box like new, it arrived looking like crap. Sony headset that was also listed as new, arrived in bad shape. Every single post relating to this company and their deals there are those that claim their item was fine, great condition etc. So take it with a grain of salt, but this company to me is not reliable and it's a crapshoot! stay away!

I just got a used VertuoPlus. Came in today 2 days after ordering. Box was absolutely destroyed and everything was just kinda thrown inside. Everything was still dirty as well. After cleaning, I tested it out and water was leaking through the bottom.

We have the De'Longhi Verturo Plus. It leaks at the bottom. Resolved it by putting a pizza tray with a lip. Problem solved. Cheaper than running their descaling process.

That's disappointing. I've ordered multiple expensive things from them in the past and have been happy with the quality. They were all refurbished Sony items though like cameras and lenses. Ordered one of the "new" Vertuo plus units and an aerocinno, so we will see what it ends up being. I kind of treat it like Amazon warehouse, and will just return it if I gamble and lose.

Just received the 'NEW' Vertuo Pop+ that I ordered and it is definitely used. The box is in a horrible condition, the stuff inside is dusty as hell and it's missing several parts. Definitely going back and I don't think I will ever buy from this seller again.
