Worth it. Got this thing last time it was on sale about two weeks ago for around the same price. Tried it out and been loving it ever since. Pulling out weeds is super easy and popping the weed out each time you extract one is so satisfying. The only drawback is it that does leave a hole in your lawn where you pulled the weed out.

Can anybody comment on how this compares to Grandpa's Weeder? I have one of those and like how simple it is but I'm intrigued by the ejection claim on this one. That would be nice if it won't jam all the time in my clay soil.

I have this, don't bother it sucks and not in a good way like sucks weeds right up, it doesn't. Ok it has 4 straight prongs that move towards each other to grip the stalk of a weed. It works fine on larger weeds but smaller ones just slip out. Now the CHEAP knockoff version of this works MUCH better.... it has two prongs and a u shaped third prong. This one grips the large weeds tightly AND also grips the smaller stalked weeds also well. I bought the knockoff after not being happy with the fiskars, thinking the knockoff design might be better. It is, I don't use the fiskars one anymore.

This tool is awesome. I always dreaded working on the yard due to the amount of weeds I usually have to dig out after weeks of rain. But this tool made it super easy. It does pick up a good amount of soil with it, but not a big deal for me. I also don't know if I'm using it correctly, because it seems to have difficulty with smaller sized weeds. Or maybe there's a smaller version of this that's better suited? Anyway, it does a good job uprooting overgrown weeds, which usually give me the most trouble, so I am happy with the tool.

I have used both, I like Grandpa's Weeder. Simple and does the job better, Fiskars on the other hand works ok for bigger weeds and sucks a lot of soil. Doesn't even work on smaller weeds
