Agreed it looks silly but the light color can be set to show battery charge, so there's that.

Mainly it's really handy for battery status and finding in the dark. You can set it to VERY faintly illuminate a color range that's proportional to the battery charge, even when turned off. It's actually just enough to be able to see a slight glimmer in a dark drawer, but not bright enough to be annoying next to your bed. The only thing I don't like is the incredibly complex button sequences to adjust settings - Morse code was easier to learn.

What's an RGB Aux Button Light good for? I mean I understand the button lit up to find it in utter darkness, but why RGB? To better go with your jacket?

Nice deal. It's often around $32.99 with battery on Amazon. I like the XHP option but they are many who prefer the SFT40. The SFT40 has less lumens and a defined hotspot but also further throw.

Thanks, I ended up getting the TS25 without battery for $20, the light itself can switch colors. I'll try to find a cheap source of 21700's or just use one from another flashlight for now.

Wow, that's an awesome deal. TS25 with the Nichia is my favorite EDC light right now, even though the RGB LEDs ARE silly. For $20, I couldn't resist... In for a LH351D version. Embarrassment

Never got my FC11 that I ordered a little more than a month ago during a sale posted on SD. Was my first Wurkkos order. How long do they usually take to ship? I'm in California.

If it is shipping out of China it could take that long. I have ordered 3 lights from them and always received a tracking number from them. It's Odd they didn't give you one? I just ordered the HD01 light they gave me an order number which I can use to stay up with status in their page.

Thanks for the insight! I did receive a tracking number and it said "Gateway in transit" since March 2. Dug a little deeper and it apparently arrived in Los Angeles on March 2nd. I think my light is just straight up lost. 😂
