Found this (supposedly) 0°F sleeping bag on Sierra which has pretty good reviews on other sites. Picking it up for my son in scouting who claimed his bag wasn't warm enough and on his recent outing.
Looks like Klymit has a few versions of this bag — some hybrid which are down "on top" with poly underneath. This one I believe is just poly all the way around, which should be fine for car-camping and less worrisome to care for.

I'm not understanding how any reputable manufacturer can claim a sleeping bag made with synthetic insulation can be "650 fill power". It certainly can't be that someone's invented a synthetic insulation as light as down. If that were the case, this Klymit 0 deg bag would weight a heck of a lot less than 4lbs, 11.5oz.
I call shenanigans.
