I just did this on Friday. Once the order is delivered, you can go into and submit a return for the battery alone. I received $101.89 back for the 2.5 battery

Very interesting given that this has 165cfm more than the backpack. Thanks for the feedback… I've almost purchased this one multiple times but was never sure if that extra 165cfm would actually be a perceivable difference

This is the bare tool for 270. Ego 5ah and charger worth at least 150 which gives you a 80 blower

Nothing is going to be equal to this particular Ego blower, as it's the best handheld blower in the industry, gas or electric, based on several metrics. There are multiple videos on YT comparing the two, the Dewalt underperformed the Ego pretty significantly based on what I've seen. But, I wouldn't buy into an ecosystem just for a blower, either.

Ya, I don't think you need this if you have the backpack. 2 reasons I bought it. 1 is for gutter cleaning (I got the Worx gutter kit from SD a while ago). 2. My wife complained about the backpack not being easy for her. Lol.

I've only found videos comparing this to the old dewalt 60v. They just came out with a new one a few months back.

But yeah I have a bunch of flexvolt batteries so don't want to buy into Ego unless it's 100% worth it

whats the value of the battery? on amazon it shows as 112.49 so i assume we'd get 112.49 back if we return it from the bundle?

if true it brings amazon to 188 vs if lowes does PM 230? is the 2.5ah battery worth $42?
