Mostly positive reviews, l'd suggest turning your thermostat up and/or run a portable heater in the room ahead of time on the expected delivery day. As soon as it's delivered, open the box & take it out of the plastic wrap (in the warm room) to maximize it inflating to the proper size. The mattress will expand faster in a warmer room. The quicker you get it out of the box & unrolled, the less chance you have of of it not fully inflating.
