Bought on the last deal, happy with the purchase, would buy another if I had another deadbolt door. Nice that the wave interface shows battery level.

This smart lock is awesome! We've one for over 5 years and it's had ZERO issues with operation or connection to SmartThings. Would highly recommend!

I bought this about a year and a half ago and have had no issues with it until about a month ago when the tamper alarm start going off randomly on its own. There is no way to turn it off or disable it except to pull the batteries.

I had this a few months ago. I called their support line, spoke to a real human, and he guided me through a reset procedure (which I now forget)

I've already spoken with their support and tried resetting, reconnecting the cables, and other troubleshooting suggestions. After that didn't work they said that since it was outside of the 1 year warranty, the best they could do was a 10% discount on my next purchase from their store. I paid $190 for this 1.5 years ago, so the 10% felt like a slap in the face tbh.

That being said, I did buy the one posted here for $40 about a week ago to replace my old one because the price is too good to pass on.

hmm Just received mine - It seems to be missing the "optional" zwave radio module. Did anyone else notice this? Is this expected?
