I do not hold a high opinion of Acer computers, any reason to avoid this brand?

i want to buy this but once you filter out the Amazon reviews for the Intel cards, there are 2 reviews, one with one star and one with two stars. Both complain about stability.

Acer's own website does not list a warranty.

I've had no problems with Acer. Asus, yes. But when bargain market shopping, the quality and customer support is going to obviously be more suspect.
As for the GPU itself, solid deal. If I was in the market for a GPU, I would bite. Intel GPUs are the best value, but they are completely bipolar. Nvidia GPUs are the industry leader, but you're paying a premium for that. Which leaves AMD...
I've advocated for the RX 6600. I have one for my bedroom gaming PC (nerd alert - you have a gaming PC and then a bedroom gaming PC?), and it's been the best value/performance/wattage GPU I have currently seen.
The RX 7600 has a 165W max TDP. Meanwhile, it's performance is only ~7% more than the RX 6600. If your power supply situation is correct, take the gains.
