If this is your first (new customer/account) order do you still get the first time order free one as well.... So like two free ones??

UPDATE: Just FIRST time ordered, and got 2 free sandwich perks to use. One in 7 days, and another in 30 days..

GREAT DEAL 3 sandwiches for the price of one!

I'm a Potbelly employee and I can confirm that the free sandwiches do work on the underground menu as long as it's the right size.
I almost always get the lucky seven whenever I have a free sandwich coupon. It's the most expensive sandwich on the menu so you get the most value out of the coupon.

My shop is annoying. The web page shows that is closed, gotta use the app. It's been this way for months.

That said, app works. Does anyone know if this BOGO works for the "underground" menu withe the Lucky 7, Clubby, etc?

Can anyone report how quickly the second sandwich can be redeemed? I.e. can I place 2 orders back to back, effectively making it a normal BOGO?

I got the email saying I earned a free sandwich 12 min after placing my order.

Yes, I just made an account and placed an order. Got two free sandwiches. One expires on the 9th and the other in a month or so.

Went to Sam's Club to buy Potbellys GiftCards for 25% off and after checkout/activation it showed $0 balance. Went back and tried twice with the customer service desk and same results. They had no idea why it won't activate. I miss me some Potbellys.

Not certain why a TD. This (attached pic) is what Chrome, Firefox, and Edge all show. CLOSED Again, this has been for months. There is a handwritten sign on the door - App Orders Only with people inside trying to figure out how to create App accounts and link credits cards, etc. My SHake Shack is 100m away and is often the same. Shows closed online and on app but there are cars in the drive-thru.

do you see if the patron tips or not? i usually get the costco gift cards and order for pick up, and DONT tip bc it negates the point of getting the discount gc. i do feel bad but im also a slickdealer. it would make me feel better if the workers didnt see that im cheap.
