Gamegenic Cards' Lair Pro 1000+ Convertible Gaming Box - Normally $90 - First time ever below $90 according to CCC

Appears to be a limited time/lightning deal. I'm a Prime member if that matters but I opened it in Incognito and showed the same prices.

This is a great box to keep your your TCG cards in. I have yet to see them on sale, this is a great price.

My wife and I personally have these and have 6 single sleeved Commander/EDH MTG (100 card) decks, game mat, tray full of tokens, another tray full of d6 dice and another one for d20s. There is still room for extra cards/sideboards.

Only thing I wish it had was some sort of carrying strap, but I just carry it like a football.

I prefer the look of the Gray/Red one, but the mono Black is nice too. I wish they had more colors.

Black/Black - $72.90 - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CGT1HT73
Gray/Red - $77.16 - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CGT2VLC7

I use these for Arkham Horror and Marvel Champions. You can fit a set of six Investigator Tomes or six 60-count deck boxes in the "deck box" part. Then I use the cards-only portions for campaigns and the drawers for Card Stands (massive help for Arkham Horror).

Do people really spend more than $20 on a 3d printed box?

This isnt 3D printed. Its well constructed and has a sort of leather like feel. I did feel that $90 was a bit much until I had one. Here is a video of the same things just in a different colorway: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XkvpXbDAyk4

I have not used this specific box, but I have a few smaller GameGenic deck boxes. I highly recommend them. They feel great, are durable, and have a magnet system which is both strong and convenient. The lid piece is held on by magnet strips on each side. When the box is open, the lid can be reattached to the bottom side of the box using the same magnets, so it doesn't take up extra table real estate. This box, specifically, looks well-suited for a gaming couple or someone who brings extra supplies to events (playmats, dice, sideboards/token cards, etc).

You can definitely find cheaper boxes made of plastic. Even Stanley (or similar) toolboxes for small parts are far cheaper and more rugged. However, the cheap plastic boxes and toolboxes just aren't as elegant as this GameGenic box or similar products. This box is for folks who want to carry their cards and accessories in a container which is compact, nice-looking, and still protective.

For a more detailed look at GameGenic products, I recommend checking out The Professor's YouTube channel: "Tolarian Community College". He is popular in the Magic: The Gathering community in part for his reviews of TCG products, primarily for MTG, Pokemon, and Flesh & Blood. He may not have a video of this specific deck box, but he has a few videos which include reviews of other GameGenic boxes and sleeves.
