I just ordered a pair of the 548 shoes. They charged shipping against my PayPal. Will they pay me back later? I tried finding somewhere on their web site to write to them, but found nothing

No free shipping here?

Edit: so I added 1 of the shoes listed in OPs post then it showed free shipping in the cart. I removed the shoes and it still kept the free shipping oddly enough and my order went through fine so I guess that's a work around.

As a flat footed person I love New Balance wide shoes. I've used this outlet before without issue. Currently have 1080 v13 laceless. My next pair will be FuelCell SuperComp Trainer V2. Still a bit expensive at the moment.
