I was thinking about this also. I have a River 2 Pro but wanted another larger unit as well prior to hurricane season. This seems like a decent deal at around $1K for the D2M and then $700 for the pair of panels. Just wondering if the roadshow which is normally around August in the Southeast region will have these at even better price.

They also offer it with an extra battery for $2499, does this qualify for the 30% energy storage tax credit since the total capacity with the extra battery is over 3kwh? That would make this super tempting, esp since Excel has decided to do rolling blackouts where I live during high wind
