Help…?
It looks like the 12.9" pro might actually work, but the product details include some conflicting information so I'm still wondering about this… .Under the compatibility tab, the list of models that can use this actually includes the Pro 12.9" (gens 3,4,5), but then in the QA tab a staff member answers that the larger Pro isn't compatible. If anyone knows this answer for sure please fill us in, bc I'll be grabbing 1 in a heartbeat if it will work right.

Q: Why are there two versions of StudioDock and how do they differ?
A: Both versions of StudioDock provide the same great features and support. The only difference is in the magnetic plate that you attach your iPad to. The 11" model (K34031WW) has a smaller plate designed specifically for USB-C based 11" iPad Pros (2018+) and the new iPad Air (2020+). The 12.9" model (K34030WW) has a slightly larger plate designed to perfectly fit USB-C based iPad Pro 12.9" (2018+).

I got one for about $50 a year ago. These are always on sale because they don't support thunderbolt 3 (only Ian 3.1), so lower bandwidth than the pro is capable of. Dolby vision doesn't work. I ended up returning it but it's a really well built unit.
