Funniest one is July 1st-31st. These people are shameless, this wasn't worth it when it was $100 or less and definitely not now

Went to universal last summer first time in like 10 years. Had to wait 4 hours for that mario thing, I think that's gonna be enough for next 10 years

Seems like it'd be easier for them to list the days you CAN use this pass.

I feel like these passes only exist to try to get people to buy a more expensive pass or for Universal to basically steal money from people that don't look at the blackout dates.

A dumb question. Does the annual pass give you free visits to all the non-blackout dates as many of them as possible?

If you plan well you can easily do this park in a day and most likely not want to return for a while.

I could see 2 days tops, but beyond that there just isn't that much here to justify an annual pass.

This is specifically marketed towards California residents, 60% of which live in Southern California, i.e. a few hours away from Universal. Total cost is less than two day passes. Don't know why people are taking a thread dump for blackout days.

Even if you are local, I can't ever see going more than 2 days to this park per year. The only reason I would ever go more than once a year would be for the seasonal changes. Even then, I'd just plan to go around the season that interested me (Halloween or Christmas).

Why deal with the blackout dates if you don't have to?

When we went, we got everything we wanted to do done in about 8hrs and there was literally nothing the kids wanted to ride again other than the main Harry Potter ride. Granted, this was before Super Mario, hence my 2 days comment

I bought these passes last year and for us, the blackout dates are the ones that I would avoid for being too crowded anyway. Got our money's worth with 2 full and 2 half day visits.

Maybe someone enjoys the park more than you did? You could imagine that scenario occurring, yes?

Single day pass is $150 during the summer so for $20 more you can get 11 more months to go again if you want to. It's a good deal if you plan on going more than once in that time. They have the same price on the Universal site but only for 9 months.
