Thanks, have one in the front of my house...just bought one for the back. Has worked almost flawlessly outside for over 2 years now. Have to reformat the SD card every month or so, but can do that remotely.
WIFI sucks on these things, I placed one right outside my window my router was on the other side of the window, this stupid thing kept dropping the wifi signal, ended up going back to amazon

I have several of these. One on the 2nd story of my back garage, in a completely different building on my lot, at least 50ft+ away from my router. Perfect signal.

You might have had a lemon or just have crappy WiFi. I have these all around my house and they have great connectivity.
Got one of these not too long ago to do 24/7 continuous recording for the front of the house. Does the job quite well, especially like that there is no subscription fees with Eufy.
Just FYI, these cameras (and most other WiFi cameras) are susceptible to WiFi Jamming and deauth attacks, the latter of which can be done with a $50 watch bought on Amazon. They'll be useless against a smart burglar.

Any proof? Or did you read this on CNN?

I found out about this recently myself. I have some eufy cameras I was going to install, but now I'm thinking of getting reolink PoE cameras because they don't use wifi.

While Wifi jammers are expensive, the deauth attack can be done using watches you can buy on Amazon, etc. These videos show their use:
