If they were reputable they'd get their chargers UL Certified.
On the other hand they also state that these are not UL Certified, so take that for what is worth. I'm super wary of cheap charges after I had a 45W UGreen GAN charger (very similar to this) melt one of my headphones....
I'd say it's probably fine for phones (as they're likely to do a lot of testing on big name bands), but would not automatically assume it will play well with other peripherals.
