Do not login into your account, check out as guest.

If you login, the price jumps to $40.

not digital, I got the key cards today.... but MS redemption website is not updating and hanging ...

Do not buy if you plan to sue them to extend your MS 365 subscription.

MS support says it will not work.

Can't believe it's not digital delivery!
Make them digital delivery already like other shops.

I had the same issue. I currently have a Family plan and was trying to extend it with this Personal code. With Microsoft customer service over the phone, I was finally able to get the code to work to add 9 months to my Family Plan.

To do this, open Microsoft Word and sign out of your account (top right corner). Once signed out, close word and then re-open it. A window should pop up saying "Sign in to Office." Do not sign in, but instead click "I Have a Product Key." Enter your product key on the next page. You will then be prompted to sign in. Sign in to your account you are trying to add time to. Once signed in, a page will come up confirming that the product key is for a Microsoft 365 Personal account. Click Confirm. It may ask you to verify your payment information. If so, click Confirm. The last page will ask you if you want to stay on your Family plan or if you want to switch to Personal. Click whatever option works for you (in my case, I'm on a Family plan, so I chose that option). Then click Confirm. It will add 12 months to your plan if you have Personal or 9 months to your plan if you have Family.

I hope this helps
