I got the Spring Meadow+ hygienic clean heavy duty last time and it smells bad. Like a hint of seaweed / dry fish smell. I ordered it 3mo ago and just opened it a few days ago and instantly regretted it.
How difficult is the rebate process? I generally pull that out of the equation and just see if the rest of the deal stacks up...in this case ~$19/112 count is still a decent deal, but I'm curious as to how annoying it is to get the actual rebate as well
Amazon shafted me last time they had this sale on multiple fronts.
First, I never received the $20 credit automatically. Had to go through a couple hours of customer service for them to say it was a "glitch" that my credit wasn't assigned. They eventually made it right.
Later when I submitted for the p and g rebate, some of the items they included in their p and g sale weren't actually p and g products, so my rebate went from $20 down to 5 :/ the whole process was annoying and more difficult than it needed to be.
Not sure if this will help anyone. I picked up the Oxi pods - but, the UPC listed on this site doesn't seem to match up. Might have to wait for delivery...
Can't get the Amazon $20 even though I checked the redeem button. I tried the code too but it said it doesn't work. Still a great price. Anyone have the upc for the spring meadow! Thanks!
In the product description on the submit page for the subscribe and save it had the wording about the spend $80 get $20 offer if I had 3 or more. (On mobile)
Changed to 2 and that wording was no longer in the item description on the submit page.
So felt comfortable with the wording I saw since it only showed if the correct number of items for the deal.

Wow I just opened mine yesterday. Wasn't very pleased with the smell either!
I am torn on these pods. They are definitely more expensive per load, but I feel like we actually use 1 pod per load instead of using way to much liquid. We tried the pods earlier this winter and had about a 2-3% rate of the pods not dissolving completely and leaving a blob of melted plastic stuck to our laundry. A little warm water and it dissolves, but it's very frustrating since you normally wouldn't notice it till you get them out of the dryer (and now have to wet them again). And in one occasion, the glob of plastic was unnoticed until I had left the house (it was on the outside crotch of my jeans...yeah, not a good place for a white glob of melted plastic). It almost looks like someone stuck hot glue on your clothes. Google says this isn't terribly uncommon.
Just did the math. Even if I did the rebate, this would still come out to 2-3 cents per load more than Costco liquid. Maybe I just need to be more diligent to use less liquid soap.

What kind of washer do you have? I have front loading Samsung and used about 100 of these and at times two in one load, never had anything left on clothes. Make sure to first add the pod, then clothes. Never ever pack your load to the max, since HE uses less water it needs to have space between clothes. Good luckā¦

I've had both experiences. 98% of the time packs dissolve as they're supposed to. The other 2% it seems like they burst and there are pieces of plastic scattered throughout the clothes. Saying it is a mess is an understatement. I still haven't found what makes them more likely to rupture and stick around in the machines.
