Uhhh. No?

Rice, Corn, Millet, these Oats…? There's more. Give that a quick Google instead of sharing something patently false.

When did $6/lb become a deal for oats? Not even organic?

Good deal. I paid $10 for one 32oz. bag the other day at VONS/SAFEWAY. The extra protein comes from a special variety of oats. These contain 60% more protein than regular oats and don't have any added protein powder.

Nice, it's cheaper than Quaker GF Oats, and more protein. Will give it a shot.

Certified GF. While oats are naturally GF, most companies process them on equipment that also process grains containing gluten.

I will say that the Organic Oats from Costco are a way better deal. Not only are they gluten free, but are also grown in a location without pesticides, which oats are littered with as they tend to be sprayed prior to harvest.

Interesting, haven't seen those at Costco. Only oats I've found there are Quaker Old Fashioned. Will look a bit more next time.

The organic ones which aren't High Protein are only a bit more:

Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Organic Old Fashioned Rolled Oats, 32 ounce (Pack of 4) https://a.co/d/9rl9Wz6

Those are not the high protein variety of oat mentioned in the OP. Apples and oranges.

A) 32oz=2lbs, not 1. Deal is for 8lbs @ ~$20 = $2.50/lb
B) These are a more expensive high protein variety of oat (about $10 a bag usually)

Are they the high protein variety of oat as mentioned in the OP?
