it's that the ethernet connection from the monitor will pass through usb-c to the laptop, so it gives the laptop a hard wired internet connection when plugged into the monitor

Ips, Ethernet, 90w usb c; this hits all points for productivity! Gaming will suffer due to 60Hz (you really want >= 120hz) but otherwise solid monitor for a new price

Carrier said the package was missing. Staples put in for a replacement and now that says cancelled but they haven't reached out or refunded my money yet to tell me it was cancelled.

I got very excited about this so now I guess I'm in the market for a new monitor!

Would like to connect two Mac to the monitor, one set of keyboard and mouse and have KVM to control both Mac. Anyone successfully do it can let us know how to get it working ? TIA

Anyone suggest how to turn on HDR? Windows 11 does not recognize this monitor as HDR display. in the monitor setting, all I can see is HDR Effect picture mode. TIA

If you have any sort of Intel video drivers on Windows, there is also a feature called Dynamic Power Saving Technology (DPST) which selectively dims the screen depending on the brightness of what's being displayed. Question about the KVM button and using two devices with the main one having a wireless mouse. The manual says "Select the USB upstream cable connection port to use USB hub of the monitor", so how do you select one of the four USB ports? Also, with two devices shown split screen can you use one wireless mouse and go back and forth and use it on each screen? TIA

Dumb question. Does anyone know where to download the LG OnScreen Control software to do the split screen? The only download I see in the support portal for this model is the drivers. TIA

Does one have thunderbolt ? You plug one into it with hdmi/dp and the usb a, then for the other use the usb-c. Otherwise you'll need to toggle the usb a between the two systems and could do a usb 3 switch or something.

On backlight uniformity, I definitely noticed it was poor on mine, but I tweeted the gamma to 1 and that cleaned it up a bunch. Still on the fence of keeping this due to 60Hz

You do t need displaylink on a monitor just a dock with it and software installed on your Mac to be able to output to two monitors. I had the same with my prior setup until I got this now just using 1 monitor

You can do it manually with the toggle just behind the screen on the right, push it for options, then go to "input" and then "PB" and choose the split screen. You have to use the USB-C cable that came with the monitor, an Apple USB-C cable will not work. Plug it into a laptop, iPad, etc., and then into the USB-C insert on the bottom of the monitor to the right. Also make sure you choose USB-C for the second device. Maybe you knew this but couldn't tell by your question. I would also like to have menu commands on the screen.

How did you adjust the gamma, I'm only seeing canned settings and some very basic adjustments such as brightness, etc. I assume if HDR is chosen it grays out the black adjust,etc.

I only spend a bit of time setting it up, but unless I'm wrong, there's 2 USB-A ports that you can plug in a mouse/keyboard or what have you and then either the USB-B to A (you supply the cable) or USB-C (cable included) port plug into your computers. You can select what physical display output (HDMI, DP) is mapped to the USB C or B(to-A)
