I got it because it seemed like high quality for a cheap price, and that's my take on it so far. I don't know if I'd even be able to tell the difference between an IPS and VA, but the screen seems good to me. It's definitely curved, but I think I would have liked more curve. The corners seem so far away. The colors are a little different at the corners, but that's because of viewing angle, not because of anything wrong with the panel. It looks correct when I move my head. The stand is good too, although I'll be replacing it with a monitor arm soon. I wish there was a faster way to change the brightness besides going through the menu with the joystick on the back.
The hub is convenient, but I'm already having a problem. Some of my devices worked in the USB-A slots (mouse, keyboard), but my ring light does not work. It flashes and turns off, when I try. The light is fine though, it works when I plug it directly into my laptop. Any clue what that's about?

Btw , I ordered a second one of these monitors as metioned earlier , to have all newer versions of the 34" Ultrawides and sell my older versions ..... supprised the deal is still ongoing . ~
I was able to OC the refresh rate to 75hz so it match the same as my previous LG. I don't want to try higher OC and ruin the monitor.
So the biggest impact is if you have a home NAS, you speed is effectively cut in half. Gigabyte network on this thing is 100% false advertising for sure.
I can move the monitor up and down with ease and it has a USB port on the base, which is a nice bonus. I have this mounted on the grommet hole of our sit/stand desk and it is great!
