I bought this for $250. Great monitor for office work, built in speakers are decent. USC-C port is great to have.

Why does it have Ethernet port? What new features does this offer?

Edit: Looks like it is a docking station built into the monitor.

FYI, this is a great work monitor. I use Citrix workspace like many other corporate workers and it only supports 60hz doing virtual connections. But besides that, 60hz is absolutely fine for all non-gaming related content.
