Sure, if you use this oil then never change it again it will definitely last the life of your engine. But seriously, no. They are marketing it as an oil that you can use from your first oil change and all others up to (I believe) 75,000 miles without a different formulation as your mileage increases during that time. I'm sure there is some science supporting the need for a high mileage formulation but I'm not buying into the hype and have never had an issue.
